Experience:
Many years coaching experience at satellite performance centres and internationally at an international tennis academy in the USA. Ten years of experience in sport psychology consultancy working within tennis, as well as providing psychological support and services to athletes/coaches in the following: UK Athletics; GB Orienteering; FA; Reading FC; Northants Sport; Bucks Sport.
Areas of expertise include: individual player/coach development; performance enhancement; creating winning environments; developing and managing relationships; coping with performance pressure; optimal functioning and developing peak performance mindsets.
I currently supervise trainee sport scientists/psychologists and have presented at numerous national and international conferences in sport psychology and coaching related topic areas.
