Have a look at this video and practice at home as this is a warm-up routine that we will be using in the fitness sessions and Squads. It consists of 5 separate exercises:

  1. Basic Jumps  - designed to develop simple skipping rhythm (x50)
  2. Split Step Jumps - activates hip abductors (x50)
  3. Line Jumps - warms up knee/ankles stabilizing muscles/ligaments (x50)
  4. High Knee/Low Knee - Dynamic stretch of the hip flexors (5 high + 5 low X 5)
