How to create the best coaching environment

Through embarking on this project I have come to understand that the word ‘environment’ is something that resonates between all the top coaches. To them this is more than just a simple word to describe where they work, and to the best coaches the creation of the perfect environment is an endless and ever changing pursuit of excellence.

This article, written by Rodney Rapson investigates the importance of the learning environment; according to Rodney the environment might be the single biggest factor that determines average from world-class,  "For me the environment is about creating a culture on court and this is not something that is spawned overnight".
