Maintaining posture and balance

Maintaining good posture and balance whilst striking the ball are key physical fundamentals, essential to playing consistent tennis.
Body control is important because it helps repetition of effective swing paths, essential for striking the ball well. Combine this with a good tactical understanding and your players can become 'Rock Solid!'
