Nadal Training Session at the 2011 Masters Finals

Nadal practice training

I was expecting Nadal to mix it up a bit with regards to patterns and points and was initially dissapointed when nothing changed after 10 mins, 15 mins, and then 20 mins. I began to become  mesmorised by the simplicity of it all and the motivation required just to rip it down the middle, after all these years of striking the ball. A couple things your players can learn from Nadal here is the fact that the guy NEVER hits the net. Also, look at the way Nadal dimisses any errors, by quickly refocusing on moving his feet. Enjoy!

If you want some great ideas on how to motivate your players then the 'Coaches toolbox motivational DVD' is a must.
