Movement Drills
Tennis ball drills
By Pat Etcheberry, Trainer To Many Grandslam Winners
A wise man (I think he was wise, he had grey
hair and his point made sense) once said to me, "if you are
in good position you can attack the ball, if you are not in good
position don't attack the ball". If this simple statement is
true, then it seems 'wise' to work on improving your movement so
you can get in good position more often.
The video clip below shows Pat Etcheberry working with seasoned
pro's like Justine Henin-Hardenne and juniors who want to develop
the necessary movement skills that will help them get to the top.
Depending on your broadband connection the clip may take a short while to download, please be patient it's worth it.

We would like to thank Pat for supplying this movie clip and look forward to including more of his clips in the article library.
Best wishes
