'Part III: Whole body training - how Ben improved'

It is extremly motivational to see improvement. These clips show how Ben has improved over time and also they highlight areas that he can continue to work on. In my opinion video analysis can significantly speed up the learning process.

This video clip highlights how Ben has learnt how to use more of his body. As a result his backswing is more compact and he will be able to handle balls that are hit harder at him. By improving his skills, Ben has more chance of being successful in matches and as a result is more likely to enjoy, and stay in the sport for his lifetime!
