Welcome to Steve Green's 
'Tennis Fitness Training Programme'

In the world of tennis fitness, Steve is up there with the best and most experienced.

Steve trained Tim Henman for many years and worked with Greg Rusedski during which time Greg reached No.4 in the world and got to the US Open final. More recently, Steve worked with the top British juniors and is the fitness consultant for the LTA's highest coaching qualification, the Performance Coaches Award (PCA).

Steve also has first hand experience at competing at the highest level; In 1980 he was part of the British sprint team during the Moscow Olympics.

Steve is available for speaking and presentation opportunities to conferences, workshops and seminars.

Periodised Tennis Training 

Here is Steve's comprehensive periodised training programme that your players can use to enhance their physical performance on court.

In each of the following categories there will be an indepth introduction to the theory behind the training, lots of world class advice and fitness video clips that provide awesome clarity to the exercises.

NB: Currently this is a work in progress. You will notice as you look through the fitness section that there are an incredible amount of video clips, in time these will all be linked up to the periodised training program.
